Bio

Founded in 2012 by Cherine Magrabi Tayeb, House of Today is a Beirut-based non-profit organisation committed to cultivating a sustainable design ecosystem in Lebanon. Dedicated to championing Lebanese design and shaping its future, the organisation supports the reach and visibility of contemporary Lebanese designers and their creative processes through mentorship, education, exhibitions, and collaborations, fostering an ongoing dialogue between craftsmanship, culture, and contemporary design.

For PAD Saint-Tropez, House of Today presents a solo exhibition by Tamar Hadechian, unveiling a new body of works shaped through an intuitive and deeply tactile engagement with clay. Drawing from shoreline formations, mineral surfaces, sedimentary textures, and the erosive language of tide and time, the works evoke landscapes in slow transformation. Folds, impressions, and subtle irregularities are intentionally preserved, carrying the memory of the hand and the tide.
