Bio

Located in the Place de Valois in the 1st arrondissement of Paris since 1996, the Patrick Fourtin Gallery is specialized in 20th century furniture and decorative arts, among which are great and recognized creators of French and international Art Deco such as Jean-Michel Frank, André Arbus, Jacques-Émile Ruhlmann and Paul Evans. With a marked interest on furniture by renowned as much as confidential artists/ sculptors, the gallery honors 20th century furniture in all its diversity through selected works. In parallel it has always presented creations by contemporary artists. Some of them are now part of the greatest private and museum collections. Patrick Fourtin is a member of the «Syndicat National des Antiquaires» and an expert in 20th century furniture and decorative art for auction houses, and a member of the CEA chamber of experts.
